Savannah
(Bloggers note: Taking into account the 97 degree heat, all of these photos were shot from the comfort of a air-conditioned SUV)
Quite an impressive City Hall
I was absolutely fascinated by this bridge
I can't wait to try Photoshop out on these. Any suggestions?

Photography Advice
To all my photographically gifted readers, HELP!
First a little background; I have been interested in photography for awhile, but now I want to take my photos to the next level. I currently use the manual settings on the Cannon PowerShot SX10IS and have not done any photo editing. To fix that I will be getting Photoshop Elements 9 later this month.
So my question is; What is your best photography advice, and Photoshop tip?
Below are photos I shot recently. Feel free to critique, that's how we learn right?

Yarn and Old-fashioned Homemaking
My precious sisters playing with their yarn. They don't use it for knitting, instead they use it for a game. "Let's see how long it takes us to unwind this yarn through the entire house, and how long it takes Katie to wind it up again." They love it, but I would prefer some go-fish, marbles or dodge-brick. Anything but winding up a several thousand square-foot yarn web! So I finally decided to teach them how to wind it themselves, the result was a precious picture of two future homemakers. Another thing I love about this photo is the patchwork quilt on the toddler bed in the background. It was hand-quilted by my great-grandmother shortly before she passed-away. It is one of my most cherished possessions and will go in my hopechest to be used in my own home one day.

Chocolate Lover
I have a sister who is a chocolate lover, I can't imagine who she gets it from.... oh yeah ME!!! When we made chocolate pudding together a few days ago she got to lick the spatula and her expressive face was a sight to behold.
